Nel 1978 nacque il Caves (Comitato delle Associazioni degli Emigrati Veneti in Svizzera) ed aveva un obiettivo molto ambizioso per quel tempo, ovvero quello di riunire sotto un’unica sigla le esistenti associazioni venete che già agivano in Svizzera.
