My daughter was told in writing when joining that she could exchange a buy club voucher for 10 classes for a free month off her membership. They charged her for that month. When we asked the sales manager, Jonathon Tena, to be reimbursed for their mistake, even showing him the email where they offered the free month in exchange for the coupon, he replied that the staff who sent the email must have been confused as they do not do that. She was cheated into joining under false pretenses, lost the months fee in addition to the 10 free passes.
